Decent Starbucks location. Standard offerings. Good service. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. The main entrance from the parking lot will put you close to the cashier. The pickup section is towards the 188St side of the store where the other entrance is. Seating is available. It was not crowded at 8am Wednesday morning.

I noticed none of the employees were wearing gloves, especially at a time like this with Covid still around. Smh most of these restaurants aren't taking safety precautions. But they move at a fast pace also, great service.

This Starbucks location, just like the others, is nice. It is clean and well organized. The staff works feverishly but, the wait time is a little long because it is usually very busy, especially in the morning and after lunch times. There is, seating available, and if you're lucky, you can get one.

I have never left a review on Google but since I don't think the feedback I give on Uber is working, this is my best bet. Since the pandemic began, I’ve mainly been getting my Starbucks from this location through UberEats and I can confidently say, almost every time there is a problem with my order. The order is never perfect. If the food is right, then I usually end up with someone else’s drink (I bet Amy wanted her JavaChip Frap just as badly as I wanted my Cinnamon Dolce Latte that day). Or, like with my most recent order today, if I order two drinks of the same size (which is almost always Venti) I get one of the drinks in a significantly smaller size. I never have had a problem when I go in person but, to keep myself and others safe, I settled to order delivery. I understand that the pandemic causes businesses that are open to be put on under a lot of stress but these are simple mistakes that can be avoided (especially if ordered during off peak hours). I’d say put as much care into mobile order as you do cafe. Because sure, it’s real easy to just request a refund and be over it but to be honest, I think enjoying the right drink for once and being satisfied is just as easy.

That store is usually very busy as its near a local shopping hub. They get a lot of online orders too. But it runs like a pretty well oiled machine in person. One of the better service locations considering the amount of customers.
When I was there,only take out orders.
