WALKED IN HERE TO PURCHASE MY SON A NEW BATTERY FOR HIS MINI COOPER. CALLED AHEAD OF TIME TO MAKE SURE THEY HAD ONE IN STOCK. ARRIVED AND WAS QUICK AND EASY WITHIN 5 MINUTES I WAS IN AND OUT. DROPPED OFF THE CORE AND I WAS GONE.

They always take care of you but the hours are almost impossible to make. They are not open on the weekends and they close early

Fast Service, Friendly staff, ladies on the phone are great. John the Install technician was nice, and easy to engage in conversation with. He gladly helped explain to me the way a car battery works and how to make them obtain optimal life and performance. Price shopped around, This is the best in town. Most bang for your buck and they truly respect you here. Will be back :)

The BEST battery store I have EVER been to. The service was quick, honest and friendly. They politely greeted me almost the second I walked in the door! I explained to the gentleman at the front counter that my car would not start in the morning... Well there you have it, A battery expert came in from the warehouse and tested the battery. He deemed that the battery had a bad cell and that it needed to be replaced. For a battery in my Honda it was $111.95+ Tax, core exchange, and $20 for install. This IS the best in the business. I would most certainly give them a try. You will NOT be disappointed, Prices are great, staff is even better, Thank You Interstate for making me happy once again. I have been doing business here with their store in San Bernardino for over 15 years and have never left feeling other than 110% happy and pleased.

What are the Covid safety practices like here?

COVID19 SAFTEY is not much in play. What passed me off is that they don't install batteries no more. They say cus of C19 Customers don't have to stand next to the guy installing.Counterman no mask ,kid that brings you your battery had one. What gets me is you guys don't mind trading in your new battery for another new battery. So whats the point of putting in another junk new battery. Its only good ² years from the purchase date of original new battery. My time is better spent doing what I want. Not chasing after a battery replacment after less than 2 years. Step up your game Interstate or get left behind.

Also how long and how much
