The only reason I stop here is because it’s the only Dunkin on our monthly routes between NE TN and central KY. The service is pitiful! Two different on the go orders; none of them correct. My drink orders are simple. Hot coffee, blueberry flavor, cream and Splenda. No Splenda in either order. Ordered my wife an iced tea with raspberry and Splenda both times. 1st time, unsweetened; 2nd time, regular sugar. There is no need to order “on the go” because when you get there it is never ready. When I say never, I mean never. Yesterday I stood and waited on my order while two Dunkin employees stood behind the counter on their phones. Neither one asked if they could help me. I know what’s going to happen before I ever get there, but this is the way it has been for a year or more. I really don’t know how they stay open!

Hasbrowns were burnt and soggy. Munchkins were good. But drive thru service was horrible. Normally I don't mind waiting. But they messed up my drink. Didn't give me back proper change. And the lady was rude

Your lobby is never open. I absolutely hate sitting in a drive thru. I was not your only unhappy customer because I wasn't the only one wanting to go I to the lobby when I showed up at your establishment. You all need to get your stuff right. Are you open are you not. The drive thru only thing is getting old. I'll go to McDonald's for my sandwiches cause I know I can go into the lobby. If you don't stop this. You will loose alot more money. Figure yourself out or get lost. You lost my money today and one other person who walked always same as I did.

I hate to say this because I have been taught that if you have nothing good to say, don't say anything at all. I will say they have potential to be a really great place, some of the staff have really good attitudes and people skills, but some do not. They have a really great product, but nobody really takes pride in their craft, even if it is making a coffee, sandwich, ice cream or whatever they are serving. I try to stay open minded because I know it's rough dealing with the public sometimes, but I take pride in any job I do even if it is janitorial work. Anyways, you would think that as expensive as this place is, you would get what you pay for but my order is almost always wrong or is just made however, tbh almost all of my experiences with this place has been poor, extremely poor. I really hope they can pull it together and turn things around because I do like the coffee and some of the breakfast sandwiches.

No we do not from telemarketing people! And have no desire to be harassed or questioned by someone who doesn't respect my wishes
