Uber Wise
Some good and bad. Good deal on oil change with Uber deal, but misdiagnosed coolant leak. Wanted $2000 to put in new radiator, overflow tank and thermostat. But the feeder tube to the block was the problem! Luckily I took it to my mechanic and he found out the real issue. But I had bought the parts from rockauto, and it cost me $200 in shipping when I sent them back. Will update after I see if they help me recoup any of that!

Came in with an appointment and left almost 7 hours later right before they closed. I assume they need to hire additional mechanic staff. The advisors at the front desk had good customer service. When I was leaving a second person who had also been there all day told me he was upset and planned to go to another tire shop the next day.

Pep boys did a great job at an oil change here better Price than anywhere in Rohnert Park. The guys at the desk were really nice had a few good laughs I would definitely go back.

Yes, it’s a Pep Boys Tire and Service Center with mechanics for your car but you can’t just buy parts or products for self-service here.
It’s not closing. It is open for an oil change, repairs and for new tires but you can’t buy parts or products directly for self-service.

I would just try to give them a call, but usually isn't that expensive unless you have wipers on your headlights and the rear window.
