Bad experience with this bank. They gave me a hard time withdrawing my money despite showing ID and proving my identity. There is nothing more frustrating than giving a bank your money for safekeeping and then having them give you a hard time when you ask for some of it back. Ended up not only withdrawing what I wanted, but pulled out the whole balance and closed my account. I opened this account 24 years ago and had a junior account when this was still a Security Pacific branch in the early 90s. Sad that they treat their customers so poorly. Ended up going to a better bank and opened a new account without any trouble.

Lindsey was the original person who helped me cash my payroll check great customer service, We had a minor issue but the overall resolution ended great for the both of us. Stephanie is the person I spoke with in regards to opening a account, I defiantly look forward to discussing more options in the near future! I’ve banked with Chase and Wellsfargo and had issues with both but never with union or us bank! Thank all the staff who are professional, knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to helping us customers.

I visited today after having a fairly rough day and the staff was still kind and considerate despite me being in a poor mood. I have never had any issues with Union Bank and made a mountain out of a molehill today and just wanted to give a shout out to all of the hard working staff at this wonderful establishment.
