Dropped off a prescription on a Thursday, went back one week later and it was not ready !! The girl behind the counter said maybe it was on back order, and I needed to wait 15 minutes. IF the prescription was on back order why wasn’t I called and IF the prescription was on back order how was it ready in 15 minutes. Your better off going to Wegmans, nicer staff abs the prescription is ALWAYS ready

A very kind woman named Ginny helped me in the cosmetics department. Her positive attitude radiated! Someone from Manhattan doesn't come across friendly people like that usually. I was extremely impressed and Ginny deserves a raise.🤩🥳🤗

I never write reviews but I felt compelled by the incredible service and care I received by Aliyah. My kids and I have been sick for two weeks, I was emotionally exhausted and it was so good to talk to Aliyah. She had everything I needed ready for pick up but what made my day was the empathy and care I felt for myself and my kids. She’s a gem of a human being and I’m so happy every time I come in and she’s at the pharmacy.
