Was promised a refund and shipping cost if I sent back heat degrated (which was undisclosed) items. It’s been 2+ months, no call and no refund despite package being delivered. Terrible customer service.

It took them a long time to get back to me about actually having a sale. Also said everything had to be cleaned ahead of time. Not much help, especially when we just lost our mother and needed to get things done. We ended up just doing the sale ourselves.
