I wish the economic situation and excessive consumer demand hadn't caused the rent of our unit to exceed our budget, or we would still be here. The customer service is FANTASTIC and promptly addresses all concerns and questions! I always feel safe on property any time of the day or night, even when I'm unaccompanied and there are other customers who are accessing their own lockers. I haven't always had that experience with self storage in the past. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants a reliable place for climate-controlled, safe storage.

I called and was greeted by a friendly gentleman who was very helpful and made the whole experience very pleasant and easy. He patiently walked me through every step. All the information to access the facility was text to me as soon as I paid and signed the contract (which I was able to do all from my phone). When I arrived the facilities were clean and in good shape. They had done a good job of removing snow and ice. The whole experience went much better than I could have guessed!
