I needed three things. 1) Find a refurbished/used PC laptop with 12 GB RAM 2) Look into the hard drive in my old MacBook Pro and retrieve files from it 3) Fix a Chromebook power issue for my family's Acer chromebook I googled a place and found this place. 1) I called and talked to a Chris. He was very nice, sounded young but knowledgeable. You know when you can tell someone is a thinker, like if he was born in the BC era, he would have definitely been a scribe type? Yes. Then Chris gave me the store hours info and they can take a look. I got a lenovo laptop, for a really good price. Camille upgraded it from 8 GB to 12 GB for no additional cost. I picked it up a few hours later. Everything was fine except for a bluetooth driver, that I went back a few days later, while picking up issues for 2 and 3 and got it fixed when Chris reinstalled by bluetooth drivers. 2) Macbook. My macbook was damaged end of the year last year. I needed some files out of there. Camille took out the harddrive and we saw the damage that was inflicted from the macbook being on the road for over a year. 3) I had a hardware issue where Camille had to reconnect some power start up hardware, etc. I talked to the store about what people usually bring in. They have a small row of antique computers. With cool stories behind them. My old MacBook Pro is there now, or possibly scrapped for parts, but that laptop's probably been to more countries than you have. Thank you for reading! It's been a while Google. I'll be better.
