I am seeing a whole lot of the exact same negative reviews by the exact same people on every park in a 50 miles radius. Tina Davis being one cuprite. I have never been here but my advice is to go see and judge for yourself. Dont believe me, start looking at reviews on other places.

Not very friendly as no one talks to each other. Worst is the parking. Visitors need pass or towed. Dad visited and didn't have a pass yet so was told to park in front by manager and still 30mins later it was towed away. They just want to collect money for being there.

Manager is a stick in the mudd and will tow your call quickly so don't park on the main strip

No these are all owned by the tenants and it's very rare that a rental becomes available.
My understanding for someone else living there is it between 325 to 400 for the lot rent and it's approximately 3 1/2 to 4 miles to downtown Fredericksburg but there's other shops malls and other stores that are closer as well as school
They do not do RV parking at this park.

Owned as far as I know..lot rent sure to be additional.. Separate from trailer payment. Some elderly people but recently being filled by young to middle aged people from all ethnic backgrounds. Local police recently and temporarily closed entrance....for unknown reasons by me personally.

I own one there, but typically owners rent theirs out, best thing to do is drive around to see if any for rent signs & contact the owner
