We lost power to all of our TVs after a power surge. They were very informative and friendly over the phone. Took my TVs without an appointment and fixed them all the same day. I highly recommend their services!

After 3 years my 50" Samsung blacked out. Called for information spoke with Martin who was very nice. Dropped the TV off Saturday afternoon and it was ready to be picked up Tuesday at a very reasonable cost. I will, definitely, use again if needed.

My 65 inch LG, which is around 6 years old, started to glitch really bad. It was getting hard to watch. I simply Googled “tv repair” and Dale’s popped up. I gave them a call and they showed up the next morning to assess my tv. They checked it out and took it with them. I was expecting to have it be with them for at least a few days. They had my TV fixed and delivered back to my house in 1 day! Like 24 hours! AND the price was amazing! I couldn’t be happier with their service.

It's a quick and efficient family operation. They had my 55-inch up and running that same day. He even tested it in front of me to rule out some of my ignorant guesses. Cheap too. I hope I don't need a TV fixed again, but if I do, that's where I'm going.

Questions & Answers

I have a 5 yr old 50 inch visio that just stopped working. I know it's an easy fix but I'm not able to do it as I am disabled . I thought you might like to have it. It was well treated and looks great.

If you have a TV that needs attention Dale's TV is the right place to take it to they will explain to you the parts and the labor and what they can do in order to fix the TV to return to you just like new so I recommend Dale's TV if you're not able to fix your own TV Dell TV will fix your TV's for you and will do an excellent job I also recommend that you be upfront with Bill TV owners let them know exactly what you need the TV to be let them explain to you how much it's going to cost for parts and labor they're very reasonable you might not think it's reasonable but I've been with Del TV for over 20 years they have never ripped me off and I'm a woman you know most women don't like to go out to shop alone without a man but Dale's TV is honest establishment just because you're a woman they will never and I repeat they will not take advantage of you they will explain to you exactly what needs to be done they will explain to you how much is going to cost they will explain to you what

I have a 50” Vizio but the screen from the inside is cracked so all I see is a black screen with color lines and the cracks. Can my tv be fixed still???? Please help!

I would say yes, they were slow and didn't give prompt updates but our TV plays better than when it was new. Your patience will be tested

I have a Samsung 40' TV my brother let me have b/c it's been sitting for a year. The only thing wrong with it is that it needs an LCD screen replacement. Can it be fixed or is it a bust?

Direct T.V. told us to get an antenna for local channels since they are having a dispute with CBS. I bought the antenna, do you come out and hook it up?? We live in Highland, Ca.
