I went to an AT&T store in El Monte and a guy named Josh helped us out. He was very helpful and told us all the deals. He helped us get a phone in about 10 minutes and we came out satisfied.

Walked out of the store and initially gave a 5 star review because the service and the deal we got was great! Low and behold, it was all a lie. Now, a month later, nobody knows what promotion I’m talking about, I’m stuck having to pay for 2 apple watches that i was told would each receive $300 credits as long as i returned an old apple product worth at least $20 in trade in value. Completely bait and switch, and I’ll never do business with those shady scammers again

I went in to the AT&T store to get my screen protector replaced. The customer service was awesome from Isaiah, Moy and Joel. They were very courteous and helpful. They were kind enough to put my screen protector on for me and it looks great. I highly recommend this store.
