Forge pond doesn’t even deserve a star, place is an absolute dump. Not to mention how much of jerkoffs their staff are. This old geezer told us he was going to kick us out and call the cops on the first tee box for wanting to hit a breakfast ball? Staff is a bunch of out dated cowards who hate their lives and take it out on the customers… Embarrassing that who actually runs that joint allows their staff to treat their customers like that…..

Course conditions were and always are abysmal, I've been there multiple times and the course has never once been in good shape and one time we ended up playing behind the person cutting the grass. That being said its cheap and a good Sunday outing that I will play again.

Obstructions add grief to an already difficult course. Tee boxes not level, fairways narrow, trees obstruct ball flight, greens so small, greens can't hold shot from 100 yards away, greens rough, greens undulating and raised, hole locations impossible, holes crowned, i.e. convex, animal feces on greens, greens not rolled, never used stimp meter, otherwise just crowded and 4 hours needed to play a short course.
