Returned with my wife and we both had another very nice experience. We shared a bowl of 50/50 artichoke green chili soup, followed by Calamari steak sandwich (we substituted the Cajun seasoning with Italian seasoning), followed by home made pie with ice cream. Note, the pie crusts are one of the best we have come across. Recent events apparently have taken their toll on prices, since prices were quite a bit higher than our visit 3 years back.

The ambience is fabulous. Little rustic small town diner. Food ok, may be we did not pick the right food? Had chowder (its a bit different than I expected, tomato based), burger with a side of kale.

Well this was an unexpected good time as far as good goes. I thought this would be a typical farm like dining establishment. The food was really good, well made, not overly salted or heavy on the sauces. I had a Petrale Sole Sandwich which was light and perfectly grilled. The fries were crunchy and not overly fried in old oil, and the artichoke soup was excellent. The more we say about the Olallieberry berry the better. It was flaky, warm, and the ice cream complemented it perfectly. Really everything was unexpectedly great. Highly recommend and good on the $$ too. Best of all 17% gratuity was already included for a party of 2! I love it when they just give you a bill and I don't have to do math in my head.

I loved the small town feel. I felt like I was on cheers-everyone knew each other. I had a grilled cheese sandwich with fries, nothing to write home about. They do have the olallieberry pies, which is pretty good.
