The hotel is nice at the heart of downtown SJC. It is within walking distance of various restaurants and the tram. The beds were quite comfortable and the room was very clean!

Positive: The staff at front desk and shuttle driver were really nice and respectful. Customer service experience was excellent. Everything I asked for was taken care of. Very impressive.

Rooms were clean and well maintained and the fitness center had a decent collection of weights (dumbbell up to 50 lbs), 4 cardio machines and some mats and bosu balls. Would have loved if they had barbell too but it's good enough to just get a workout in travel. There are vending machines for food and reasonable number of eating options located in walking distance. The only downside is the lack of good breakfast options at the hotel.

0430 to 2300, every 30 mins. Note, If the weather is nice, and it usually is, it's a pleasant 20minute walk.
Restaurant is open for breakfast, the bar was not open last night.

You can park for whatever you want but you're going to have to pay you have to pay, period. I stayed at the hotel, they do not own the parking lot right next to the building
You can't just leave the car without paying for the parking time. As they said, $15 a day. You can get a better rate with the parking services.
If you're staying at the hotel, yes. But if you're not, no you can't. It'll get towed.
