Long line and extremely long wait. The worst part is Ruma the employee sees it’s very busy but she still decides to give free food to her friend that just came in and didn’t even make the line or didn’t even pay.

Hopefully the Brand takes their franchise back from these people. Worst service ever. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. It was completely burned and there was no cream cheese. The ladies who work in the morning are rude and arrogant. They dont listen to customers review and would just reject the service on face.

Whoever is the owner of this establishment.. needs to do better! You got flies in your establishment and workers making orders with the same gloves they use to take money and touch food! Where is the logic?!
