I've been coming here every other week for a couple of months. I love the fact that I can always do 3 giant loads in less than an hour for just $3.50. .50 for 20 minutes in the dryer is plenty of time, and I always have a few minutes left over.

I paid $4 for a medium load and no water came out. This is the second time this has happened. Worst of all, there is no call number to report and the lady that closes this location locks the doors early so that no one else comes in and wait in the back until close. How do i report these issues?

I wash here several times a week and washer number 11 and 12 did not even make sure my clothes were wet and agitated and then spinned. Instead, when I opened it up after it got done I saw that on top were clothes that were still covered in dirt that hadn't even gotten wet. And this was specifically on washer number 12 but I took both washers and I put them in a bigger washer and had to spend extra money because, I wasn't sure if the clothes got clean or not in either washer. Not one number to call and not one form I can fill out to get my money back.
