I usually shop here because it’s close by and they have a few gluten free products. What I don’t like is their customer service. I must say, most of the cashiers are friendly. However, a specific one was very rude. Instead of simply answering my questions, she ignored me until I pressed for an answer and then lied. Instead of saying that they can’t do delivery because of the circumstances they didn’t even take down my address and had me walk with them to my house. To make it even worse, they do not have a car, they use a shopping cart. That’s delivery? What if someone lived far away? So you treat your delivery people like that but blame the customers? I wouldn’t have any issue if they had explained the issue to me like a civilized, mature adult with a business. Instead they were catty, immature and rude. Poor customer service. I will not return. Take my money some place professional.
