DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM. The customer service is insulting. After over a decade of being an equinox member at various different locations, the manager at this location refuses to speak with me and has not lived up to his word. I'm not comfortable going back since covid began - I emailed them I'd like to quit and they continued to charge me every month. I finally told the credit card company to block them but they won't refund me for the months they charged me even though the manager said he would. I have emails to back all of this up. 10 years of membership and this is the way you get treated. The person I dealt with was Dhyago Figueroa. You do NOT want to work with him or join this gym!

This equinox has an interesting layout. You check in on the ground floor, then take the elevator up to get to the changing rooms, and then take a set of stairs (or elevator, if you prefer) to get to the gym itself. Even though the gym itself isn't very big - this location never got too crowded when I was here, but then again it was COVID times. Everything was always clean and I never had to wait for a machine.

Sparkling clean, spacious and up-to-date equipment. Nice classes and friendly staff. Wished I wouldn’t have moved away and be still a member.
