This is the worst furniture store! They deceive my fiancé. She has an awful experience with this company. They would lie many times about delivery date always saying every two weeks and when the two weeks arrive they never show up. They stole her money and refuses to refined back to her. This is ridiculous how a store manger or whatever treats their customers. I wasn’t pleased at all.

I can’t even describe I hurt I am with this company! Please don’t not proceed with your purchase if there is no contract to sign or if they tell you to send money through Zelle. My experience with this company was HORRIBLE! They taken my $220k and they refuses to refunded me my money so I have to proceed to the next step, in ordered to get my money back. Please believe the reviews, I wish I did that before I made my purchase but the manager is very convincing so they can take your money. Literally, people work hard for their money, and for it not to be given back hurts really bad. I literally loved a furniture I saw on their page, and decided to move forward with them even after I read their reviews 🤦🏾‍♀️ Really wish I listened to my Intuition because it’s really God telling you what to avoid something’s. I purchase from them 03/28/2022 and not is 06/15/2022 and haven’t receive anything. The manager lied to me numerous times about my order. He even blocked me when he got caught up in his lies when I exposed him. Till this day I’m hurt. I wouldn’t want anyone experienced what I did, so please don’t even bother, I’m saving u from making the wrong decision. For those that experienced good service, You must be really lucky, because I wasn’t. Through this process I became very depressed, so hurt I cry. Like how can someone possibly take someone money without giving it back ? This happened to me back in March, knowing my emotions were everywhere I was going to been leave a review but I continue to wait and still there’s nothing. DO NOT PURCHASE from here, unless it’s in the store. I blame myself for even ordering online. The manager to me he would refund me my money till today there’s nothing. This is called stealing and God doesn’t like stealing, this is not right. Please whenever u see my review refunded me my money! Because I’m hurting. Thank you God bless 🙏🏾

The manager is a thief and a liar. They only care about money not customer service. While delivering they make the biggest mess for the customer to clean up. The set up crew "one man" has no idea what he's doing and have a stank attitude while doing it. Stay away! You have been warned.

Othman was the best couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend everyone to shop in maddy's hom and ask for othman. I brought all my family members and they all bought and enjoyed their experience and the best quality of the furniture. Thank you maddy's home.
