Always short staffed.Have to wait long hours for someone to ring us up.Also the Chinese lady at the register was very racist she didn’t know what she was doing she didn’t even know how to do a refund and blame it on my for not knowing what I’m doing???? If you can’t u do basic refund u shouldn’t be at the register the store is all over the place sizes are never in the right place very bad customer service

I just luv T.J. Maxx they have such a variety of name brands items for a reasonable price. It is my go to store all the time. 💛

Boss

It is a well stocked store. It is very disorganized, they need more employees to put things back where they belong. You will find housewares in bedding. Shoes in the toys section. You get the point. They have so many registers, but only 3 cashiers taking customers. They have a few other employees hanging out socializing and not working. There are Tons of food and snacks by the register to purchase. You do get hungry after all that shopping and waiting on line. You definitely will buy more than you were planning on. If you get luck, you will find some great deals.

Love tjmaxx just not this location. It's very messy and has a poor selection compared to other tjmaxx locations. Also this is the only store that says anything about mask. They nearly attack you upon entering meanwhile a woman walked right by with no mask. The employee looked at her and said thank you for bringing back the kart. So she clearly shopped and saw her without a face covering. However, we get yelled at to wear a mask upon entering. Makes no sense. Other people walking around wearing them as chin straps too. I don't understand why she was discriminating against us. I'll just go to Marshall's or the tjmaxx in nj from now on.
