Great Clips takes the pain in the a** of getting a haircut and makes it enjoyable, almost. Great stylists. Great Cuts! Very nice people. Well my viewpoint has changed. I received a terrible haircut by who I thought was one of their best. I'm guessing she was overworked because of the salons inability to keep enough stylists. I'm very disappointed. I've moved on.

They never seen to know how to cut my hair. My hair is long and I don't want anything fancy, just a trim. One time I went in for a trim, everything looked fine at the time (my hair is really wavy). I got home and straightened it and found one side was an inch longer than the other. I went back to have them fix it for free. They asked me who did it, I told them. They then proceeded to show all the other hairdresser and say to each other "guess who did this" like it's some ongoing joke about how terrible this stylist is. After that I will never return to another great clips in my life.
