Walking into Northside always makes me smile. I love the European feel, being surrounded by all of the imported goodies and most of all, the wide array of fresh breads, pastries and cakes. The prepared food is also delicious, and I buy at least three meals for my parents every week (and always pick up some of the pierogies and blintzes for myself). The women behind the counters are always very sweet and helpful. Highly recommend.
