Booked a same day covid test at the Antioch location online for my two kids as we needed it for travel. When I showed up, it was closed down. I received no correspondence from at all from On-point and when I tried to call the 0800 number, I got a busy signal. I then had to book another appointment an hour away in SF. I finally got through on the 0800 number a week later and the rep gave no reason or apology as to why the website let me book an appointment at a closed clinic. She said I will get a reversal on my card in 15-20 business days. Be warned!

Closed and have not updated Google hours . Still accepting appointments and payments while site is closed and then offers to send me to SF? Please update your hours and site information so that consumers are not left holding the bag. Refund takes 10-15days to be issued.

I made an appointment online on June 8 for a test at 8:15am on June 9. When I arrived on the morning of June 9th I got a text saying that the place was closed and they promised a refund within 7-10 days, I contacted many times and so far no refund. Please take precautions...

My family and I had an appointment booked at 6:00 pm today but apparently the person who was supposed to be working called in so our appointment couldn’t be fulfilled. What an inconvenience and a waste of time/money.

$149 for a PCR test. We don't take insurance up front but you may submit for reimbursement.

Is this a building or do they have tents out I’m checking on google maps and it looks empty
