We were there recently and the store manager Mo was amazing. He was very kind very patient and helped us find exactly what we needed quickly . What a pleasant experience he created for us. We will definitely be back. I recommend this branch to everyone.

This one star is not given to the store staff, but to the furniture repair department of Raymour & Flanigan (I would give them 0 star if I could). Very shameless and unethical employee at the furniture repair department. They will do everything NOT to honor your warranty/insurance plan. Be aware!! We bought a sofa from Raymour & Flanigan on 5/15/2021. We noticed one of the sofa seats was lack of support, but we didn’t know we had warranty on this sofa, so we didn’t call customer service at that time. Recently one of our family members almost fell to the ground when he tried to sit on the sofa. We realized how serious the issue is. So, we called Raymour & Flanigan support to see if they can fix the problem. They told us this sofa is under 1 year manufacturer warranty and they will send a technician to fix the problem. The technician arrived on May 5 and checked the sofa. He found the main horizontal beam underneath the sofa was detached from the supporting beams and the nails connecting the main beam to the supporting beams were all broken. He told us it was a manufacturing defect, but he could not repair it. He said since we are still under the warranty, we will get a replacement unit soon. On May 7 I called Raymour & Flanigan furniture repair department and asked when we will get the replacement unit. Suddenly everything changed on their side. The lady answered the phone untruthfully and unethically stated that all the problems were caused by us and were not manufacturing defects. But clearly, the problems were serious mechanical/structural defects that could not possibly be caused by our occasional/gentle use (we only use the sofa 1-2 times a week). These structural defects put our family at risk of getting hurt seriously. She also lied by saying the technician didn’t say we will get a replacement unit. She rudely refused to offer us a replacement. We are under the impression that since the manufacturer warranty will expire in a week, the lady was doing all she could NOT to honor the warranty. What a shame!

Went in on presidents day to purchase a mattress. Sale went smoothly and fast. Delivery was horrible. They showed up on time however they had no plans on removing the old Mattress and box spring even though it said to on the sales order. Called the store and had the sales guy beg the people to remove the mattress. Once they finally agreed to it they said since there is a small stain they can't accept it. Over an hour dealing with their manager and store manager.. will never use Raymour and Flanigan again. Had to buy 2 couches and went to Ashley's instead. Great delivery people.

Joe Casillo was my consultant during my shopping trip to R+F. A knowledgeable professional who tried to understand what my needs were rather than pushing me into a higher priced item. We walked the entire store more than once (and there is a lot to see at an R+F showroom) and he was with us every step of the way to answer any questions, while at the same time not being too pushy or overbearing. He made it a nice shopping experience. We ended up leaving with a couch and mattress and felt comfortable that we got not only a good deal but exactly what we were looking for. Dan A
