Richard is extremely knowledgeable about the Bay area. I’m thinking about relocating and he answered ALL my questions about different neighborhoods. He took a great deal out of his day to show me around; I did not feel rushed at all. Richard is very professional. If I choose to move to the Bay area- Rich will most definitely be my agent. If you are looking for someone who cares about your interests and will provide honest answers- please work with Rich, he won’t steer you in the wrong direction!

I can’t say enough good things about Rich. My wife and I are in the process of closing on a home that we never would have found without his help.
