Came in as a party of 2. We ordered the chicken and waffle slider, spinach and artichoke dip with nacho chips, California artisan flatbread and california artisan sandwich with fries and hot apple sides. Our waitress Danielle was great; very attentive and did well with relaying our order to the cooks. All of the food had fresh ingredients but the chicken and waffle slider was the biggest disappointment. Both the original and remade order were made with a frozen waffle that was directly fried instead of thawed. It wasn't only burned but hard, dry, without flavor and didn't meet the value that it was priced. The 2nd came out worst than the first. I expected at least a fresh Belgian waffle or some sort of funnel cake like take on the dish, but the chicken wasn't enough to save it.

At least the fries were great. After being looked like my partner has 3 heads for ordering a soda in a rocks glass, we got to see a menu. I ordered a “Southern Beach” to drink, which was pretty good, but a little strong for my liking. We ordered buffalo chicken dip for an appetizer. It was described as chicken in a sauce with cheese. We got a soupy tomato sauce with chunks of pre cooked chicken and a few lone shreds of cheese. After dripping the soupy dip we gave up. We couldn’t keep anything on the chips provided. Total loss. Our waitress was kind enough to admit its not usually that bad and gave us a refund. Fast forward 45 minutes our respective lobster grilled cheese and bacon bleu burger arrived. The fries were the saving grace of both of our meals. Crispy and flaky as they should be. While the grilled cheese was bursting with flavor, there was only a filling in the center of it. Most of it was biting into buttery toast. The homemade ketchup saved the day. The burger was lacking in the flavor department and a little greasy, but good. Our waitress was really nice and did great. The restaurant definitely has a great atmosphere and seems to be cleaned well. However, if you or your partner is hard of hearing this probably isn’t the best place to dine-in for. Overall not exactly a bad experience but a little disappointing. I don’t see us coming back.

Waitress, Brittany, was fabulous. Nothing else was. One of the worst dining experiences ever. Ordered a rare burger, it was like a hockey puck. My husband got his food, no one else did for 15min. My son never got his wings, after 45 min. Will not be returning. 1q

Loved the food and the drinks! Great experience and the fresh popcorn is delicious and makes the place smell amazing. Their daily deals are incredible with $3 off my burger and $6 martinis I couldn't be happier.
