I don't know why people tend to like this place so much. I've gone here for 18 years and they have only gotten worse. Just because it looks nice doesn't mean it's ran the right way. I found a open box cutter at kids level on one of the shelves, Items are alway expired or misplaced, not marked right, there is only four registers open when there is a hundred people(Good thing they put a self checkout). The only good manager was a lady named Chris who left last year. She has since gone and the management has gotten even worse. I'd rate them at 0 stars but you need to put one to comment

Always love Bills. Be going since late 1988. One thing though. Are favorite sausage ever is the Bills Country Sausage. It's lost a some of it's distinct flavor. Hoping they read this and taste a link and make adjustments! Notice I still gave 5 stars.

Watch the expiration dates. Some dairy products are over two weeks expired and they still sell it. They do have a good selection for dairy though. They are a little understaffed and have a hard time fulfilling requests, like pick-up orders. Also, there is room for improvement for customer service.
