Nice trail walk. Very nice view of Binghamton off the steep side off the small mountain. You could wade in the dam on a hot day. Be careful be smart...

Gorgeous quiet trail. The view is absolutely stunning. It's best if you park on old state road and walk to the trail head due to the end of wittman road being private property.

Yes. You can park on the shoulder of State Rd.
Just on the street near it. It's not a busy road.
Yes dogs allowed. Leach preferred I believe, but if they follow voice command then just have a leach with you.
