I am not sure what their buying policy is. If they do not respond, try so.e other art buyers. Some of these shops have consignment shops within and do not buy unless it is of personal interest. We have a variety of Specialty Museums & a Historical Society in our area Central N.Y.. Maybe you could find one in the area your painting is from.
