This review is for their SERVICE department, unfortunately I ran into issues related to HONESTY. the service manager (brandon) change the service fee 5 times, you are reading correct, 5 TIMES. his assistant daryl was also part of the "scam" because that is what I honestly considered they do. when I picked my bike (I don't want to tell you about all my complaints )and requested a copy of what was done, gas removal from tank, injectors cleaning, was checked off on the list and I asked BRANDON if they did all that was promised, including the gas tank removal, the response was "YES". how did I learn that it was not done, is when i asked the technician who worked on my bike. the owner know about the problem, although he acknowledge he has a serious problem with the service but did not do anything about it. LOOK for a different alternative if you need service. I don't know about sales and would not be able to comment on it because I never bought anything there (and would not) but their service is DISHONEST. look for a serious and HONEST alternative.

Wonderful experience buying a 2020 Can Am Spyder F3-T. Jason was an excellent sales person and answered every single question we had. He totally thought outside the box and came up with different options for financing. He made us feel confident we had purchased the right vehicle for us. Jason totally went above and beyond when helping us and we highly recommend him if you want to purchase any type of vehicle they sell. He gave us a great deal with some accessories we needed for our spyder too. When we are ready, we will be returning to Jason to buy a seadoo (or wave runner). We cannot thank him enough for the wonderful experience we had with him.

I bought a 2021 Can-am Maverick X3. The people at jet world are great, very helpful and honest. I worked with Sam in sales for my purchase and he made the whole experience great with his honesty and knowledge. I would recommend going to Jetworld in Castaic for all your Can-am purchasing needs and ask for Sam.
