My wife and I are having our bathroom done by Diamond Remodeling and they referred us to Best Tile of Syracuse. Our experience at Best Tile was exceptional. Tim Powers and his staff took their time with us with picking out the tile, boarder and grout. They have a large selection of tile for both your walls and floors. Every staff member we dealt with or just walked by us was very friendly and made sure we were being taken care of. If looking for tile I recommend them.

I had to return two products - tile additive & stone sealer that I ended up not using (also very pricey) .My tile guy said both products he would not recommend or use on my project ( products were recommended by Best Buy folks). When I returned the 2 products I was charged a 15% restocking fee for goods. I could have walked over and put them back on the shelf myself . I can understand 15 % restocking fee on tiles ordered/ not used. ...but not on off the shelf goods. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN
