I honestly didn't have the best first time experience taking my vehicle here but that was partially my fault. I didn't mention I had a Groupon and I should have so with that said my car only got half the time it would usually have under the experts working on it and my car still needed the front tires rotated. After a day the owner followed up with a text and a phone call and Ernie really cared and had offered to make it right and with that alone I give this company a solid 5 stars review. Ernie alone is a very caring man about his business and his customers and I absolutely be recommending this company based off his compassion alone. The company has been in business since the 40s and have an impeccable online presence and there is a solid reason for it!

Customer service was terrible. Didn’t seem like anyone was happy to be there. The owner was the only friendly face. Guys behind the counter were not interested in answering questions and very aloof and borderline rude. It was a basic car inspection, that being said the next day my lights turned on because the tire pressure was low. I would think something like that would be noticed in a basic inspection. Too bad, I’ve gone there for years, but the staff has changed. Lost the family feel.

Pleasantly surprised with the service! It did take some time to do but we went to a 7 eleven down the street meanwhile we waited. Excellent customer service and my tires felt like new 😊
