We were seated in the bar area behind the hostess station. Our server was also the bartender. The only bartender also. Took a while to get refills and place our order. Food took around 30 minutes to come out. A few missing items from the order were requested and still never made it to our table. The menu offers any burger can have the patty replaced with an impossible patty to make it plant based. Ordered quasadilla burger with impossible patty. Burger came with bacon and not plant based bacon. Disappointed! Total time was close to 3 hours.

My husband and I dined here a day ago and our experience was not good. We ordered the impossible burger meals and the food arrived cold. We asked the waiter for fresh food if possible, to which he agreed. It then took a very long time for food to arrive and when it did, it was only one order. I then cancelled the second order. Our waiter then gave us a bill for $52. I was confused and asked how one meal ($15) and two drinks($6 each) equated to $52. The waiter said that he didn’t make the prices in a very condescending tone and did not attempt to help us understand this incorrect bill. I was very unhappy with this treatment.

Your standard Applebee's, but elevated due to your wait staff! Franke was amazing, so communicative and friendly it was refreshing. Food was decent, but this place deserves five stars for service alone. Will most definitely be back.

I love food and most of the staff; we had a less than friendly waitress but will go back.. Also noticed a change in The menu it has taken items away As in their salads you no longer get Mandarin oranges in your salad... Don't cut back on the quality After all that's what we go for. I did notice a big difference .
