Well in many years past I was the donating end to many thrift store. However now I'm on the receiving end. Much to my surprise I was a bit upset for getting merchandise for the my son who has nothing. I know these stores use the money they get to help others. But it is outrageous to see such high prices for clothing and other stuff needed that is given to the These stores for free. I witnessed a elderly man find an old style 19 in. T V take it to the register the price on it was 70 DOLLARS! He told the lady up front if they would take 30 dollars that's all he had and that he couldn't pay anymore then that. His TV at home broke. I can't believe the person at the register said she couldn't lower the price that was marked. I just said shame on you. There was no reason she couldn't lowered that price. This had me so upset and I haven't gone into that store since or ever again!!

Nice affordable place to shop. Clean for the most part friendly employees. But you have a crook who works at your store and that's a shame.

Each year my husband and I fulfill a child's Christmas wish list as part of the Salvation Army's Adopt an Angel Program. Being new to the area, I'm unsure where to go to find a giving tree, so I called this Salvation Army. I was rudely greeted on the phone and felt I was inconveniencing the lady because she didn't know about the program. She put me on hold for 20 minutes to ask her manager. I never spoke to the manager because I was hung up on. I have never been so put out for trying to make a child's holiday season a little brighter. Very disappointed.
