Unfortunately, Wendy's is just not what it used to be. While the staff was very friendly, the food was just okay. I'll try again in another 5 to 10 years.

Do not choose curbside pick up as your choice. We waited for over 10 mins, then finally gave in and walked into the restaurant only to find out that it was just sitting on the countertop. I don’t know how long it was sitting there, but there was no apology, no “thanks” for coming in to pick it up. The customer service is pretty awful there. Food is good, I love their fries and I love to order from their app so that I can customize and add more veggies.

Poor Quality food / management doesn’t seem to care at all . Too many kids working in the kitchen playing around, poor quality training on employees/kids , they didn’t know how to take orders. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this place. I try to reach out to management a couple of times no one reach back to apologize about the food . I spent over $30 just to throw it away .
