For months I tried to schedule an appointment with the doctor there. They kept telling me that the nurse practitioners could do that. As it turns out, they can't. So I wasted my time and money on an appointment.

Dr. Cooper is my sisters primary care physician and she has been trying to get an appointment to see him, my sister has been in Liberty ER 4 times in the past two weeks fighting an infection and on multiple medications and for 2 days now she has been feeling very weak, chest very heavy, hard to breath, part of her body have been randomly tingling and going numb. Liberty ER tells her she needs to see her Primary care physician Dr. Cooper but even after setting up a payment plan she is being told that they will not see her until she pays them money. I Believe that no Dr. Sould ever turn away someone seeking medical treatment, whether or not that patient owes money. I do understand that my sister owes and she does plan to pay them but if her Primary Doctor refuses to see her, how can she pay them if she can not return to work because she needs to be seen by her Doctor.

So far I love it. My daughter and I love seeing NP Jodi Carpenter and have had a lot of success in getting labs done and other important tests that were not done at other facilities. Luckily I found out my cholesterol was a little high so now I am doing everything I can to pay closer attention to my habits.

I go in, get my treatment, leave. Just what I want.

Yes
If they have an opening they will. When I was very sick they worked me in if they could.
That would be a question for the Elms Hotel or The Hall of Waters in Excelsior Springs.
