Worst phone service in the world. Never answer my phone calls and when it comes to going to pick up prescriptions. The wait is like an hour long. Very slow staff

This is my second time having a problem with them first with John and now they can’t answer the phone when I am trying to see if the order my doctors put in are there and ready. Worst ever. They never answer calls and they pick up and hang rite up. My meds are auto refill they are never ready if I call to see when they will be ready nobody answers. Poor customer service very rude.

I would've given 5 stars for the hours and friendly staff but I've been calling the pharmacy for 2 days now to fill a script and yesterday they picked up and just hung up then after multiple calls left me on hold 30 mins til I hung up.today …Hi Martha, sorry to hear you had anything less than a great experience at your local Rite Aid.
