Saddest milanesa torta I've ever had. 3 things happened today... 1. Ordered water and got a glass w floaters in it (no idea what those pieces were but I had to ask for another glass) 2. Our table wasn't cleaned before we sat, didn't notice until my elbow literally slipped from the grease/oil that was smeared on it 3. The messed up torta...I mean look at the photos. Look how small and thin meat is! On my first bite I completely missed meat?! Very dry. Smelled and tasted good but no way this should cost $13.99! Also, I asked for no onions (which they did) but decided to remove the tomato for some reason. This is my 2nd time here... don't think I'll be returning.

Had the cocido soup on a rainy day. Made me feel so warm and comfortable. Even forgot it was raining. Delicious bowl of soup it was. It came served with a side of rice and tortillas. 2 bowls soup and tip came out $25. Service was great. Staff was professional and friendly. Will be back to try more dishes. Update. Try the banana empanadas🤗

I am a usual customer but, after today's experience will not return. I ordered to go and paid 42$ for carne asada plate, steak and eggs plate, and chilaquiles with the sauce on the side. The meat was bland no flavor I ordered the chilaquilles with sauce on the side so they wouldn't get soggy and they did not do it. Also my flour tortillas were burnt crispy and hard. The meat wasn't even a complete portion. This is not the first time my order is wrong but never this bad. After 5 months I decided to give it another try and I don't usually make a big deal because its a restaurant and their busy i understand but this is just disrespectful and careless.

Great food and a great place to have lots of family go to. The staff is very friendly and polite. You don't have to worry about being quiet everyone is having a good time.👍 I just went back to Pancho's on November 2021 for lunch and I was disappointed with the food 😒. The place is still great but they must have another chef who is new. The portions are big and the service is good and the presentation of the food is good but it has no taste. The chef is not putting Spices on the food 😒 you can see the pictures and it looks great but no taste and my taste bud's were very disappointed 😢. If they put Spices in the food this place would be awesome.
