Worst place ever!!! My appointment was at 2:30, they forgot about me so I wasn’t even called back til damn near 5pm. Then when brought back they forgot I was in the room. I went to go ask after an hour of waiting for the OB and they tell me “oh your still here” like ????. I just said forget it and walked out. Don’t ever come here!!

Been here multiple times do to not having a choice … The wait is forever, if you don’t ask how long it’s going to be from the beginning. The wait is from 40 minutes- 2Hours if you let them

Highly advise to not come here ESPECIALLY in OB. Had the worse experience as a brand new to be mom to the point of crying. Staff was obnoxiously rude and treats you like you don’t matter. I hope the owner or management truly reads reviews and makes changes, otherwise we should all pray the workers because the service they provide shows how miserable they are as people. I didn’t do anything to deserve the attitude and unfriendliness of my appointment. Please do your well being and baby to come a favor and change elsewhere if you get scheduled here. To the 2 employees that made my visit so uncomfortable, let’s just hope no one treats patients the way you treat patients because just the 2 of you is enough, they need more caring and staff.

The pharmacy is horrible!! Claudia Morales is very disrespectful and rude. They ran out of a prescription my husband needed. He asked her advise of what he should do about this. She responded. There is nothing we can do, besides. You're not paying for it anyways. He has health insurance. Maybe it was the type of health insurance he had that she thought she could just degrade and disrespect? Someone needs to look into the pharmacy's practice on how to treat patients. I'm sure this is against some type of HIPPA laws...
