I get the gladiator at every location. This one seems to be doing something different as it is chunky and you cannot drink it through a straw. You have to constantly move the straw around, similar to drinking an icee but not as easy. And WHY does it take so long to make smoothies? It’s exclusively a smoothie place, should have it down to a science and keep the drive thru moving.

I like that this location is close to my house and that it has a drive thru. But the only problem I had was that it took 10 minutes to get my two 32oz smoothies. I was so disappointed! But the service was good but I just didn't think it should take 🤔 that long for two smoothies.
