I was at this laundromat a few months ago and the washing machine ate my money. ($4.25) When the cleaning lady came, I asked her if she could help me out. She spoke very rudely to me because I had banged on the machine with my hand to see if I could dislodge the stuck coin. She was so rude, in fact, that my nine-year-old daughter who was with me was alarmed. She also confronted me about not having a mask on even though I am vaccinated. I had decided I wouldn’t return, but today I did since it’s the closest laundry facility to me. Once again, the machine took my money, this time because I put it in first before closing the door. (My failure to read the instructions on the machine closely.) When I called the help number, the woman I spoke with said there’s nothing they can do about it and I need to put another $4.25 in. If you do get brave enough to use this facility, please read the directions carefully or you will lose a lot of money.

Half the machines didn't work. I wasted so much money trying to find dryers that worked. Ended up costing me almost $50 for 3 baskets of laundry. Trash all over the place inside, machines were the grimiest I've ever seen, dirty grungy clothes left by front door (lost and found maybe??) The one washer didn't spin my laundry at end of cycle. At least half the washers had out of order signs on em. I would have appreciated the others having warning signs. Seen the place is up for sale for $375k.... Good luck with that.

Machines are old. Everyone has to wear a mask or leave. Not much space to fold laundry
