Took my mother for a trim. I can honestly say that I've never seen such a horrible haircut. She chopped here and there, no blending and no symmetry. I suspect that her scissors were dull because all the freshly cut ends of hair were frayed. Spoke to the mgr of the shop who was less than sympathetic and actually told me that she had no control over the equipment the stylists use. We went back to have another stylist attempt to fix the mess that they made of Mom's hair and that helped but she said some of the errors were unfixable due to the the way it had been cut. NEVER AGAIN!

I came here 2 months ago and had a terrible experience. I decided to come back again, and ironically I had the same stylist again. Andi. I was very skeptical about her doing my hair again. However, she did my haircut very well. It was a simple fade and trim. She did it perfectly, she asked questions to make sure I was happy with it. She did a really great job. I left a 1 star review 2 months ago, but took it down to replace with this. Good job Andi

Just spend $80s. For hair cuts. They chopped the front of my kids hair and she said she wanted it way linger in the front.She is now crying thanx.My hair they cut like 3 peaces of hair.I asked for wmo hair. That means go all out chopping the top.i now have to cut my own hair to do a emo 2000s look. My husband they only did the sides. His hair looks the same.he wanted something new and his hair wasn't even touched. I spend that much $ why. I'll just stick to doing my family's hair and I don't cut hair but I do it way better. If someone walks out speechless u should know why. I'll never come back my first hair cut in 9 years.oh the one girl did a guy's hair for 30 mins and didn't do anything to it. We had to wait very long for her the flirt.

Not good at all. Had a young 23 year old cut my hair. She did a terrible job. I tried to coach her to fix it but it got worse so I cut my losses and left well enough alone. The great clips in Gettysburg is better.
