Was really cool to see. Vary friendly staff. You can get a Tour guide or just do your own walk Through.

It's worth a stop. Tour will take about 30 minutes. Conveniently located in downtown Independence. Ask about the story of the James brothers.

My family and I had the opportunity to do a haunted 2 or 1 late evening here at the jail. It was so fun to hang out with friends and family while hunting ghosts. The history behind the museum was astonishing and I would definitely return back with my family for another ghost hunt. I've been on their normal tour as well and enjoyed that so much. They offer a horse-and-buggy ride right from the front door with a tour of the city and its history. This is a wonderful date night.
