Legit, this is the only Wendy's to go to in the area. Food is generally fresh and hot, they get the order right, the place doesn't smell, and they seem to care about each order. This is now our go-to place in Hanover, even though we have to drive an additional 8 miles to get to it.

Pulled up to the drive through today (6-29-2022) and the young man in the building said something unintelligible about them being closed. At lunch time! I don't really care that they were closed at lunch time. It doesn't make sense. But put up a sign or something. Maybe slow down and use some syllables.

Well, the cashier was having a literally mental breakdown over taking orders for one. We waited forever for our food and asked for it fresh. We have a child eating as well, we don’t mind the wait for fresh food. Everything is cold and soggy. Nothing was made fresh, we waited forever, and we watched the cashier have a mental breakdown in front of the whole store.
