Nice quiet and scenic Park for walking, jogging or riding a bicycle. There are places where the foliage is growing over onto the trails but still passable.

Did you go to Rockfest in 1999? Well, now that we are older we can go reminisce about cheating death in our youth while keeping in shape at the same time. What was once known as "the speedway" is a city park. This trail is great but needs more parking and as with many of our urban parks, needs clean up volunteers.

It's a awesome spot to stop and look at beauty. A very nice trail with lots of wild flowers along the way. My two year old loved seeing all the butterflies and grasshopper.

Peaceful. Formally known as KCIR race way. Bike trail. Good place to walk,take your kids to run and let loose. Small area to park. No benches, trash cans or restrooms. I was there for a balloon release. It was the perfect place.
