One of the worst purchasing experiences I’ve ever had! Ordered two pair of glasses, provided one frame. One pair were delivered after 14 days. The other pair were ordered in April, did not pass inspections. The frame was returned damaged in JUNE. THE MANAGER WAS NOT HELPFUL! I contacted the corporate office via website, took almost three weeks for anyone to respond to my financial loss! Still working on the issue June 27, 2022

I used to depend on For Eyes to order my contact lenses and glasses, but then I made the mistake of seeing the staff optometrist for a prescription. Everything is telemed now which doesn’t seem to be working for them as I saw TWO separate optometrist and neither felt confident with the results they calculated. The assistant that is in the room was not friendly, on her phone and didn’t want to answer any questions. Her face said it all every time I spoke. In the end, I paid my copay and left without a prescription. Luckily the manager of the store which is wonderful and has been there for years recommended an optometrist and I quickly made an appointment. She’s the saving grace at this location especially when she understands situations and reacts appropriately.

If we could rate the less than one star we would, this is the THIRD time we go to try to pick up my husbands contacts and they ordered the wrong pair AGAIN. It is painful. This has been a three month process between waiting for the contacts to come in and then ordering the incorrect ones… please don’t go here they are absolutely terrible, rude, righteous, and 99% of the time incorrect.
