Bad Bandit

Employees are rude in this place, we came in at 620 and they were rushing us because they close at 7. Display glasses are super dirty and when I ask if they don’t disinfect them the say we are only 2 employees here we don’t have time. Hello COVID not happy with my visit!!!!

Alex and staff went above and beyond for me. As an out of town visitor who forgot to bring her contacts to a family wedding, these guys had my EXACT script (when four others didn’t and I was advised to have my Dr fit me with another brand same day bc mine was so rare). They coordinated with my Dr at home and had the contacts ready for me when I walked in the door 30 minutes later. No other location (or competitor) even came close to the service I was given here. I needed a miracle. They delivered. Thank you!!

They require mask in the store, when the state does not require mask . I truly think it’s a violation of the state law.

A couple of months ago I went to another optical and I guess during the making of the glasses they broke and the store told me that they couldn't do anything because it was a possibility that I should have "known" could happen when I was purchasing them. I went to this Visions Works to see if I could buy a pair and hopefully get them in perfect condition. And we did. The store manager made sure to tell us before hand that they weren't responsible if anything happened which was some what reassuring At last, when I got my glasses they weren't perfect and even one of the store employees was kind enough to adjust them to where I like them. Would highly recommend this store in SPECIFIC due the employees impeccable customer service and for well finished product.
