This ER gather the most disgusting nurses, burocracy employees and doctors in Miami. They want clients not patients. Of course the financial guy was the first face we saw, 10 min after entering the room. The doctor came 4 hours later. Avoid this ER. It’s nerve wrecking.

I had an incident where I fell on my arm and broke the radial head of my arm. I visited Mount Sinai and got admitted at 7:30 pm. The emergency room department at the time of arrival wasn’t busy, I had a few people ahead of me. After waiting hours, I had a nurse asking me of what happened. X-ray technician took me in to take some X-rays, got back to the room. While waiting few more hours with a broken arm, I had two other nurses coming up to me asking me if I been taken care of yet. On a top of it, another x ray technician came up to me telling me if I’m ready to be taken back to take X-rays, while they already took images. No sense of direction, lack of communications, or miscommunication. Nurse came back with an Arm sling, handing it to my wife and asking her to put it on my broken arm. She also said she is not an orthopedic specialist so she can’t do anything about my broken arm. She offered some Tylenol. Didn’t treat my broken arm, pretty much a waste of time, if I would know that this is how I’m going to be treated, might as well stayed at home with a broken arm waiting for a miracle. We left at 12:30, just mind blown realizing that the services that they provide is a mistreatment and waste of time. Day later I went to another hospital, and they treated my arm within an hour. Anyone who reads this, please do yourself a favor…. Don’t come here Ps… they sent out a hospital bill for $3000 for an arm sling that could be purchased for $10.

My mother was very sick being unable to properly breathe when i decided to bring her here. The whole process in the ER took longer than i thought it would. We were there for about 8 hours. My mothers nurse was a young nurse named Jocelyne, she was very compassionate and treated my mom so well with much respect!! Always updating us on what was going on and apologizing for the long wait. My mom loved her (as did i!!) it sucks that we were there for Such an unnecessary amount of time. But the place is extremely clean, nice and the staff is nice.

I have been to this ER a few times and I’ve never been more disappointed. I waited 2 hours in the room before a doctor came to see me. They said they were going to do an EKG and no one ever came to do it. I waited over 3 hours for my test results and I’m the one who had to go talk to the nurses and ask them when the doctors were coming back with the results. After waiting another 30 minutes, the nurse came back with my discharge summary. Never saw the doctors again, don’t know what’s wrong with me, still having symptoms. There’s an ECG on the discharge summary that I better not be charged for because no one ever bothered to do it. I was there 7 hours for some blood work that doesn’t seem right to me and I can’t ask any doctors about cause I never saw them again, and a CXR. I might not have been in critical condition, but every patient matters.
