All of the bad reviews are accurate. we are a business and open during business hours. For some reason, every time someone ships via ups (united parcel service) to the business, we get notice that there has been an exception due to the business being closed, which is not correct. Fed-ex, priority mail and amazon, without fail, manages to get our packages delivered in tact and on time. I have no idea what is going on here and for what reason, UPS is incapable of delivering packages to an open business during business hours. It’s a complete mystery. Eventually (after the third attempt) we have to pay extra to have our package delivered to a UPS drop off, which is a couple of miles from the business. These are not isolated instances. Our drop shipment agent, advises us to not use UPS for any deliveries. Fed-ex is clearly worth the extra cost.

My package has not been dropped off because it needs a signature. I was home all day, my car parked inside my garage , and my driver assumed I wasn't home and left with my package, it's been a week with no follow up.

Unbelievably horrible service. Paid for expedited delivery of package to our son at a school in Rancho Mirage. A place of business that is open 7 am until 4 pm and closed on Saturday and Sunday. Tracking shows attempted delivery at 5:30 pm on Thursday and 7:30 pm on Friday and is now out for third attempted delivery today (Saturday). THE SCHOOL ISNT OPEN ON SATURDAY!! Inexcusable service. Apparently my son will have to take off work to pick up the package on Monday between 9 am and 1 pm. Totally NOT customer service oriented!!! Why am I paying for a service that my son has to complete? Don’t use UPS!!!

Three different times UPS says they attempted a delivery but no one was home. I was home every time. The drivers get lazy and don’t do their job and then they deliver the packages late. You pay for a service and shipping time, you should be able to depend on them doing their job and not lie about attempts to deliver as I watch them drive on by without trying at all.

Yes, and it's cheaper to ship from there than from a retail outlet or printing labels at home. I learned that the expensive way!

They are open Every Saturday but this is a hub wherethe UPS trucks get loaded. So I don't know if customer's can send packages.
Call their customer service number beforehand and change to pickup at the site.
